Be Prepared

Are you prepared for your BIG STAGE or are you still complaining you aren’t there yet? God is preparing you for your BIG STAGE! Do you even know what your big stage is?  Have you written your winners speech yet? Have you envisioned yourself winning the biggest match of your life? Can you feel how close you are? You have to see yourself there before you get there! There isn’t anyone who hasn’t seen themselves winning before they win. Don't get stuck thinking “I’m not prepared for this? “ Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever does.

Do you remember the first game you won? Do you remember that feeling?  Winning is a state of mind. If you don't feel like a winner, fake it till you make it. Encourage yourself if no one is there to cheer you on. Right now, in basketball, fans are saying to be great you have to at win a championship ring. But, who decides whether you are great or not? Luckily not even you decide this. God already decided before you were born that he was creating a force that no one can reckon with, but it’s up to you to trust that process and kill it when the time comes. Be prepared for your big stage.

What does being prepared mean to you? Opportunities will always come your way, but are you prepared? God will bring you to your destiny, but have you put in the work. I hope you aren't waiting for the big event to come first. I sure hope not! Because not only will you be disappointed, but whose to say someone will give you another opportunity.

In other cases, sometimes you are prepared for the opportunity, but you break down and freeze. You're making a lot of mistakes. You are trying to figure it out, but can’t. What should you do? Yes, breathe, gather your thoughts, go back to basics, but what if all the things you once knew doesn’t work. You feel trapped in a box because of one error that trickled down into many errors.  Sometimes its mental, sometimes it's physical. Sometimes it’s focus. What do you do in a situation like this?

·      God is working through you.

·      You are not alone.

·      Prepare to be successful.

·      Use the tools in front of you.

·      God always takes care of his part, you prepare yours.

·      You have what it takes!
