Mindfulness Meditation

There are many forms of meditation, but mindfulness meditation is a way to collect your thoughts and focus. I know life can get busy, but find time to meditate. Some people use prayer, yoga, or sitting with nature to meditate. It's not easy trying to juggle a million thoughts in your head all at once. How could you focus? Being aware of your mental state is vital to your success.

Life can be very hard. The older you get, the wiser you get. The more knowledgeable you get, the more responsible you get. Sometimes it can feel like 24 hours isn’t enough time in a day. Mindfulness examination helps you to learn your mind. It teaches you how to focus on one activity at a time. Meditation and mental toughness go hand in hand, which are essential to sports. As a tennis player, I have to be able to focus on one point at a time. I can’t think ahead. I have to be at this moment. Meditation helps to focus on what is going on in front of me.

Do you meditate on good or bad thoughts? Do you find time to clear your mind? How is your focus level? Are you focusing your mind on your goal? Are you mindful of what you let in your eye and ear gates? Do you have a mindset of failure or defeat?  Is positivity and option for you?

You should strive to be peaceful and positive. Whatever thoughts you meditate on, negative or positive, are what you get out. Turn off your phone for a few days, get off social media for a few weeks, don’t look at an electronic device for a month, fast or pray. What method are you using? Don’t procrastinate, meditate now, and invest in yourself now.  Remind yourself of this great sacrifice that will only benefit your well-being. 10-15 minutes a day is sufficient. There a great benefits of meditation and it works.

Mindfulness meditation helps reduce anxiety, lower heart rates, increase positivity, and many more. You have to be able to control your psyche. Be focused and purify your mind. Block out all the negative energies and allow peace and positivity to overtake you. Inhale and exhale. Focus on one point at a time and practice daily.
