Wash Day Routine for Athletes
Washing your natural hair as an athlete isn’t easy. Finding a hairstyle that will last is hard as well. Take a look at some hand products as well as a method to ensure the best results. I use natural hair products as well as products that help soften, strength, an stimulate my scalp and hair. I enjoy these products. I keep it real simple! I moisturize my hair every other day if needed and if I’m in a hot climate I’ll do a quick and easy wash/rinse to my hair on Wednesdays. It helps cleanse my scalp from build up because of the sweat.
