Listen to your body

You ever felt light-headed, sick to your stomach and very nauseous. Have you ever been so weak after any activity and had to take a nap. Do you get cold quickly? The only time you find peace is when you sleep, but you don’t sleep deep.

Do you sleep enough or take vitamins? Are you listening to your body?

Most days I practice twice a day, fitness every day, flying across the country, all while preparing for my tournament. Sometimes for recovery, I need to sleep for the day or pray and go to church or remember family and friends. I drink a gallon of water a day as well as take my vitamins, but somehow nothing compares to sleep. Sleeping rejuvenates me. Naps work too, but there's nothing like resting.

Listen to your body. Your body needs you to survive.

Memories of love also bring healing. Before I rest I look at family pictures. Family and friends are all the same to me. Friends help encourage. I love my family, but a good friend is refreshing. I met a great friend on my journey and captured moments of us. I hope you enjoy it.

 Listen to your body?

Recover, it's essential!

What steps do you take to recover?
